I remember someone saying during the trial that she no longer took Seroquel however Seroquel was in her bloodstream so I thought that odd

As a clinical pharmacist, I am praying that at least one of the jurors on this trial is a pharmacist or a pharmacy tech. I have several concerns about meds found in her system vs what she was supposed to be taking.

The meds in her system were the meds in Patrick car that he TESTIFIED to having in the car before all of this because the doctor wanted him to disregard of it & JUST SO HAPPEN they didn't test the meds on the tumbler... Good job jury, look into that investigation that led to this debacle

This is good, probably questioning the pill that was in her system that Patrick had in his car

The jury wanted to see the knife and the 2 bags of pills. Judge denied both requests.

What’s taking so long? It took 3 hours to convict Karmelo but 4 hours for a lady that off’d her kids? Crazy work

regardless of the outcome of this trial, these babies are never getting true justice all thanks to the Massachusetts DA and their botched investigation

They wanted to see the pill bottles. My opinion - the meds didn’t cause psychosis because she was non complaint with med admin orders.

I wonder if there was aspiration of water in the ER from the chest tubes? I thought maybe drowning bc she was soaked not just snow like hair and clothing?

Probably wondering how she had medication in her body, but the pill bottle was in Patrick’s truck

Why in the world with a question not beyond record?

Remember during the trial when prosecution said there were only X number of sertraline from the bottle, so Lindsey wasn’t taking it/the dose as prescribed. The witness responded sometimes people have old prescriptions at home and they’ll use those up first, but the prosecution said they had a list off all her meds from CVS for a year and she was never prescribed another script for sertraline. Then later on, the prosecution said she was prescribed Zoloft after Dawson was born and she never took it (to try to show she was resistant to taking meds). But sertraline and Zoloft are the same medication. So she probably did still have that bottle of Zoloft she never started after Dawson… did that ever get addressed? I never saw if the defense brought that up to show she probably did use the old bottle and was following the instructions properly and that’s why there was that discrepancy.

I wonder if it’s the bag of medicine that was found in the drawer or the bag of medication that the husband had in his car.

I think they definitely wanted to know if there were Seroquel bottles in there since she had been off of it for months yet she had a lot in her system
