I mean in the US even Ambassadors get assigned a budget to spice up their living space, by the state. Here the state did partly the same thing for Zuma and that somehow became a huge problem for him and not the state!! It’s like a company giving you extra benefits and later on asking you to pay them back, which is crazy to me.
