It didn’t transport me somewhere magical or create a whole scene in my head. It simply smelled like a very safe, commercial fragrance—and there’s absolutely a place for that. If you want something approachable, pretty, and easy to reach for, I can understand why Bright Crystal is such a classic. But if you’re looking for a fragrance that tells a story?
