@fatimraxa: Back-to-school mornings can get super busy, so I love keeping lunch simple and delicious. Today, I’m making these mini chicken cheese rolls with my favourite Kawan Spring Roll Sheets. I’ve marinated the chicken with tikka masala and cooked it until the water dries. Then, just add your favourite veggies and cheese. Once cooled, wrap the filling in Kawan Spring Roll Sheets, make mini rolls and freeze them. And when it’s time for the kids’ lunch, simply take them out, air-fry or deep-fry them — your choice!
