Ok are we surprised or shocked, NO. Can we collectively as human beings be sympathetic to the fact that she was in love, tried to make it work, thought she would see him be better, do better. Did that happen, course not but it costs nothing to be kind. She could be your mom, sister, neice, cousin, daughter, etc.
