They want to check and see if those meds in the drawer matched up with what was in her bloodstream that night. If it doesn’t match up then she may not have drugged herself. If the bag of pills that was in Patrick’s car matches up with what was in her system then that implicates Patrick. Pretty obvious what’s happening

If you watched the closing arguments, the prosecution said that she didn’t follow the doctors orders and took the medication as she saw fit. If that really is true, in my opinion, she’s done.

Wasn't LC off of Seroquel in Dec? Those were supposedly given to PC to be discarded? If LC didn't have them in the home, how did said Seroquel end up in her system? Because the cup and whatever was in it, wasn't tested could that be something they'd like to know. If the prosecution is saying LC took all these pills and used said cup in this crime, why wasn't it tested. Just asking if this may be some questions the jury are considering.

It is VERY likely they are leaning towards not guilty by reason of insanity. That is not a bad thing at all tbh. Lindsay NEEDS severe mental health support right now. She is on suicide watch. She needs to be at a GOOD inpatient facility for at least a few years. This will be a long journey of recovery. She still lost her babies at the end of the day no matter who was responsible.

UK here, but I did jury service 2 years ago, and you definitely can’t really make assumptions on the notes. A lot of ours were us needing something clarified because we were arguing too much.
