If I were a jury and requested to see physical evidence, and the Commonwealth fought against me being able to see it……. a huge red flag would go up for me on that. So you’re telling me another human being’s life is basically in my hands and I’m not allowed to reevaluate something that I want to look at? That would just add to my: this case has more going on then meets the eye and she was set up.

I cannot believe this case didn’t hinge on FORENSIC EVIDENCE & was just based on speculation about her MOOD instead. I wish Red would’ve quit dropping Easter eggs and be blunt with the fact that all the CW witnesses perjured themselves and brought Pat back to out his affair & other things like the DA buying her home. This is insane info that redirects motives.

The part that concerns me most is the Seroquel. It was found at an elevated level in Lindsay’s system, yet Patrick had Seroquel in his truck. If Lindsay’s Seroquel had already been discontinued and Patrick had taken those medications away from her, then how did she still have an elevated level of Seroquel in her system? And if she didn’t have access to it, how could she have taken it herself? I think the jury may be trying to understand the medications and how they fit into everything.
