Bpd diagnosed and I’ve seen black shadow figures and heard knocks on my front door with no one there, high alert, paranoia exhausted but can’t sleep brain won’t shut off. Became obsessed with the devil during 1 episode and thought everyone was out to hurt me. They told me I was going through psychosis I also had extremely intrusive horrible thoughts

I hallucinate insects when I'm really stressed and coming out of dissociation. Or on sleepless nights when I'm depressed I'll see blurry faces and have tactile hallucinations like someone or something is touching me

I mostly see shadows or hear voices when I'm about to have an episode, I'm unmedicated & I've taught myself how to prevent an episode in most cases, certain people are a trigger to me so staying away from them helps my BPD & also in most cases once I start to see shadows or hear voices I know I'm about to have an episode so I will take myself to sleep. I also feel like things are crawling on me ALL the time. I also surround myself with different people depending on my mood so it's as if I have certain social groups for certain "personalities" if that makes sense.

I have full hallucination thats been perminant for 20yrs. Just a demon thing in the corner of my room for 20yrs and was told thats my BPD i know its not there.

I was diagnosed at 20 with schizoaffective disorder but now aged 34 new psychs are saying I have bpd. I don’t agree at all and I’ve had hallucinations for the majority of my life (as young as 7-8 years old) this change in dx has affected my treatment and now I’m stuck in a massive depressive episode but because of the bpd label nobody will help me :(

Je fais de la dissociation et c’est pénible après chaque crise d’explosion. J’ai réussi à calmer une crise avec de l’eau froide sur les poignée j’ai dissocié directement
