With the polident I can just rinse with warm water brush with my gum paste and boom it’s out. But other adhesives take me longer to get out . I love polident

Channa Pulao - Chana Pulao | چنا پلاؤ Ingredients | اجزاء: * 450g white chana, soaked overnight — 450 گرام سفید چنے، رات بھر بھگوئے ہوئے * 750g rice — 750 گرام چاول * 1 cup yogurt — 1 کپ دہی * 2–3 onions, sliced — 2–3 پیاز، سلائس کیے ہوئے * 2–3 tomatoes, chopped — 2–3 ٹماٹر، کٹے ہوئے * Chopped green chilies — کٹی ہوئی ہری مرچ * 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste — 2 کھانے کے چمچ ادرک لہسن پیسٹ * 1 cup oil — 1 کپ تیل * Red chili powder — لال مرچ پاؤڈر * Cumin powder — زیرہ پاؤڈر * Coriander powder — دھنیا پاؤڈر * Biryani masala, optional — بریانی مصالحہ، اختیاری * Tamarind — املی * Salt to taste — نمک حسبِ ذائقہ Whole Garam Masala | ثابت گرم مصالحہ: Cumin seeds, black pepper, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, bay leaf, star anise and black cardamom. زیرہ، ثابت کالی مرچ، دارچینی، سبز الائچی، تیز پات، اسٹار انیس اور بڑی الائچی۔ Method | طریقہ: 1. Boil the chana with water, salt, black pepper, bay leaf and cinnamon until tender. Drain and set aside. چنوں کو پانی، نمک، کالی مرچ، تیز پات اور دارچینی کے ساتھ گلنے تک ابالیں، پھر پانی نکال کر ایک طرف رکھ دیں۔ 2. Heat 1 cup oil and fry the sliced onions until golden. Add whole garam masala and fry well. برتن میں 1 کپ تیل گرم کرکے پیاز کو سنہری ہونے تک فرائی کریں۔ پھر ثابت گرم مصالحہ ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھونیں۔ 3. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté well. Add chopped tomatoes and cook until soft. Then add chopped green chilies and sauté for a minute. ادرک لہسن پیسٹ ڈال کر اچھی طرح بھونیں۔ کٹے ہوئے ٹماٹر ڈال کر نرم ہونے تک پکائیں، پھر کٹی ہوئی ہری مرچ شامل کرکے ایک منٹ بھونیں۔ 4. Add red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, biryani masala, tamarind and salt. Cook until the oil separates. لال مرچ، زیرہ پاؤڈر، دھنیا پاؤڈر، بریانی مصالحہ، املی اور نمک شامل کریں اور تیل الگ ہونے تک پکائیں۔ 5. Add boiled chana and mix well. Add yogurt and cook until the oil separates. ابلے ہوئے چنے شامل کرکے اچھی طرح مکس کریں۔ دہی ڈالیں اور تیل الگ ہونے تک پکائیں۔ 6. Add 1.25 liters water and bring to a boil.
