Burlington‘s policy is they literally have to have a manager check your purse in front of a camera before you’re allowed to leave which is insane to me as someone who works in food😭

When I worked in retail they introduced a policy we had to have a manager look inside our bags at the end of every shift…. I simply refused. I watch people steal thousands of dollars in stock and come back the next day with no consequences but you wanna check MY bag? Hell no 🤣

I came in w a TJMaxx shopping bag full. The managers didn’t even want to look at it. It was so much they just laughed. After 2 days, they turned it away lol. Took it back to my house. 😂😂

Omg I almost got in so much trouble at Ulta. They were doing the check of my bag & my coat at the front of the store before leaving one day and my manager was like , is this a bath bomb in your coat pocket? And she was ready to flip. .. it was an orange I didn’t eat during my lunch
