y'all I have a crazy theory. so what if John Androgynous is actually an Ai and Yasuhiro is controlling him. Basically Hiro was so pissed of every1 underestimating him so after the first killing game he traveled to another universe and met Mikan, she practiced brain surgery on him and he became smart, like really smart. After this he traveled to another universe to meet Miu and he manipulated her to create John Androgynous for him (with the ability to control him ofc) so after that he went back to where he came from and created another killing game.
