I love this message. I work for my son and I see this mistake my son is making with employees. My grandson’s and myself work for him. I see ego,know it all attitude, hurting progress sometimes. He’s not on Tictok or I would send this to him. Facebook is not good because I never know the date of your video on there. I love my son and love working past retirement but we butt heads because sometimes I don’t understand the path he wants at the time. He needs to listen more and communicate better and not just enjoy his own voice 😊
