I get what she is saying. This is the challenge other artists eg painters, sculptors also mention. They want to make the art for the creativity and it’s their voice on canvas. Some people don’t like associating their joy with how they make their money.

crazy opinion; the actors shouldn't be responsible for "selling" the movie. thats what the director and team of producers is for. if trailers cant "sell" the movie, then maybe make a better movie
