@itsmeghankay: Will be making this on repeat all fall! 🍁 1 tbsp olive oil 1/4 cup diced yellow onion 1 tbsp minced garlic 1 lb ground beef 1-2 tbsp tomato paste 32 oz beef broth 1 24 oz jar marinara 3/4 cup room temperature heavy cream 10 Dry lasagna shells broken apart 1 cup grated parmesan 8 oz cup mozzarella 1 tsp salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp Italian seasoning 1 tsp parsley Crushed red pepper optional INSTRUCTIONS 1. Add 1 tbsp olive oil to dutch oven on medium heat 2. Add 1/4 cup diced yellow onion, cook until translucent 3. Next add minced garlic and ground beef 4. Cook ground beef thoroughly until it is brown 5. Next add 1 tbsp tomato paste, seasonings listed above, and mix together 6. Add beef broth, marinara sauce and bring it to a simmer. 7. Next break apart lasagna shells and add to dutch oven. Cook for 10-12 minutes. 8. Once pasta is cooked, turn heat down to low, and add heavy cream, parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese 9.
