Yes!! I think about how excited I would be to lose 40 pounds if I had no idea how much anybody else was losing in the same timeframe. It’s so easy to fall into comparison mode, but you have to remember to snap out of it and be proud of yourself.

I honestly never thought I would say this… But the best thing for me and my wellness journey right now is to be off of the medication... I wish we can all be supportive of each other. I never judge people for whatever dose they need or if they need the medication… Or how long they need the medication.
