I learned this about a week ago cause I almost went crazy cause my baby didn’t want to to sleep at nighttime. We sat outside for 15mins went back in, and he immediately went to sleep.

Sleep training and wake windows make no sense. Were talking about humans not light switches. They don’t just turn on and off immediately. They will sleep when sleepy and wake when not.
