@9MMJane2: Had this exact pain for 9 years post my third hip replacement. Had two MRIs, physio x thousands of pounds. Been to a chiropractor. Sent to therapy to understand and how to learn to live with my pain. All I want is a solution to sort it out. Lost the feeling in two toes on my left leg. Shooting pain when I cough, sneeze etcetcra. Kills walking up stairs. A set of exercises & a way forward would be good. To have a strong hip & be pain free would be amazing.
