Callan was revived at 6:40pm…if he was strangled anytime prior to 6-6:10pm please explain how that is possible? How did Lindsay get the window open without getting blood in the window when her hands were bloody in the hospital? How did her wounds stop bleeding in under 30 minutes? During the trial it was testified that there was Patrick and the children’s DNA found on the exercise bands but no mention of Lindsay’s…and finally, how did Lindsay speak in complete sentences to only Patrick but was unable to do so just a few minutes later when EMS and police showed up?

I can't understand how someone KNOWS their spouse has a mental illness, KNOWS that she has TOLD HIM she has had thoughts of hurting herself AND the kids, but still CHOOSING to leave them there alone with her. Even if he didn't do it, HE still is complicit in the crime.

I was absolutely questioning the body temperature issue. I am a nurse, but not an ER, trauma nurse. In MY scope and understanding I was having a hard time reconciling the temp with the proposed timeline. BUT, when I heard someone, with much more knowledge in this particular area than I have, I listened to the explanation and subsequently changed my view cause I now understand the process in which such an extreme temperature drop could happen. Thank you for explaining this to those of us willing to learn. 🥰

The DAs are incorrect and ignored science. No one with a reputation or integrity would serve as a witness for the prosecution in this case. It was clearly evident. The state’s witnesses were willing to sell their souls for a buck. The defenses would never.

Why was she SOAKED in water head to toe, not in melted snow, with hose plugged in next to her in January

There was no investigation, let alone a pathologist looking at the case. Didn’t check the drink, blood etc

I have a legitimate question I’m hoping you can answer. This was from an expert towards the end of the trial who performed an evaluation on Lindsey. Saathoff’s Day 20 wording was that after interviewing Patrick, Patrick “went through that evening” and “mentioned that on the bedside table, there was a wine tumbler with powdered medication, crushed up medication, that there was still some in the wine tumbler.” The prosecutor later reformulated it even more explicitly as “Patrick Clancy saw powdered residue in the cup.” My question is how with the nightstand partially obstructed by the headboard, and the door being off to the right, how could he have possibly seen that if he only took one or two steps in per Patrick’s testimony. The nightstand with the cup is to the left of the bed, not the one with the monitors. You can see the door to the right and the nightstand obstructed.

I have a question for you if you don't mind. Earlier on in the trial, when the information about Lindsay's body temp was revealed, I read a comment by someone who claimed to be a Profusionist. They said that they wouldn't be able to drop someone's body temp in that short of a time frame, even with cooling their blood mechanically. Would you say that is an accurate statement? Thank you! 🙏

How quickly are they saying her temp dropped? Or what’s the plausible amount of time? I haven’t seen anyone talk about the time of Callan’s strangulation vs her laying in the snow. Since the baby was able to be revived doesn’t that only give her 10 minutes upstairs/outside?

as much as I think we need to hear from experts in these fields, I think we all need to remember that the jury is made up of non experts, with everyday jobs, who are interpreting information in the exact same way tiktokers are. that is our system. fates are determined by non experts, it's up to the experts involved in each case to be able to relay their expertise into terms that are easily digestible for the jury to understand....or they run the risk of people ignoring their expertise altogether

As someone who was a CAC detective and was present during medical examinations, the rhetoric being spread online has been extremely troubling to me. I don’t even begin to pretend I understand everything that goes into the knowledge, training, and work you do. But after witnessing these examinations firsthand, I know enough to recognize that I know the bare minimum when it comes to pathology. Medical examiners helped me close some very serious cases, and it’s honestly terrifying to see people on this app confidently claiming they know better than medical experts while simultaneously ignoring evidence and confessions. There’s a difference between asking questions about a case and convincing yourself you know more than the professionals who actually examined the evidence.

The problem with this is that the experts also mess up. Dr Deitz who was a forensic psychiatrist testified in a trial that Andrea Yates watched a Law and Order episode, and then used it as a blueprint for how to kill her kids. The problem…there wasn’t actually an episode about that. Her conviction was eventually overturned. Experts give opinions, but when a massive collective of people question the physical injuries with the timeline, especially those of us that are in trauma, we know something is amiss. We aren’t saying she didn’t do it. We are just pointing out that the evidence doesn’t match what the police are saying.

So It looks like you agree that Lindsay is guilty? I disagree, because the child/baby who was revived and the body temperature. The cop who got killed and his wife was blamed was dead for 6 hours and his body temperature was 80. So that coupled with Patrick standing over her, her being soaking wet and a hose connected to the spigot in January, coupled with his first words when he came across her being, “what did you do?” Sketchy. Anyone else would have assumed she had been attacked. Of course not the one who actually did it. She was drugged and when she was recovering in the hospital he told her everything that he did, saying she did it. She did have mental issues and he capitalized on it. That is my opinion.
