You can't charge someone with the death of another if there's no evidence of a crime. Accidents happen. People drown. There will be zero criminal indictments against any of the friends of Nolan Wells.

@Listen: Johnny Hewett said that at 4:30 PM, as Nolan’s friends were taking off, one of the boys, Erick Alcantara, asked him for a ride back to Ocean Springs. Erick Alcantara was one of the friends on the boat with Nolan Wells on the way to Horn Island. Why didn't Erick want to ride back to Ocean Springs with the same friends he came with? Instead, he went around asking strangers for a ride home. Did Erick see something disturbing on his friends' boat? Did anything happen on that boat that caused him to search for another ride?
