(Spoiler warning but I'm sure we all know the ending of the OG) I saw somebody comment a theory that it's a self insert representation of kyoko, byakuya, and makoto in one being used to sort of 'monitor' what's going on and they pointed out the elements of the character are from each , hair (kyoko's braids, byakuya's color) the sprite (a pose by kuya), and the eyes (makoto)
