That would be R240,000 total contribution. Taking in account inflation, in today’s money you’ll have a balance of R365,000 after 40 years of investing, assuming you can get that consistent 10% investment return. Too much of that investment would be towards the end. Much better to max out the R500,000 TFSA as early as possible, to get those tax free returns for as long as possible.
