@crimenightly: A tense police encounter escalates when a man repeatedly insists that he is not resisting and keeps his hands raised while recording the interaction. The man tells the officers that everything is being captured on camera and argues that he has done nothing wrong. Despite repeatedly stating that he is willing to cooperate, the situation continues to escalate. An officer eventually warns him that he is under arrest for disobeying a law enforcement order. The man continues insisting that he is not a threat and that the entire encounter has been recorded. Do you think he was cooperating, or should he have followed the officer's commands? #USA #Police #Bodycam #PoliceEncounter #LawEnforcement #CaughtOnCamera
