Hi there, been an REI customer for many years. I'm wondering if someone can explain to me why I took my shoes in to trade at re/supply and the guy wouldn't take any of them because of the wear on the soles. But upon inspection of shoes on the shelves, mine were in better condition. There's no reason they shouldn't have been accepted. This has happened numerous times to me and it's extremely frustrating.
