@boldbeanco: When we think of a Greek holiday, we think of spanakopita. That garlicky spinach, TONS of chopped herbs, tangy feta + a fat squeeze of lemon. So naturally, we had to create our spin on the much-loved Greek classic. “WHERE’S THE FILO PASTRY?!” you may ask. We subbed it for our BIG, creamy Queen Butter Beans instead - for that ULTRA creaminess, plus a sneaky protein + fibre boost while we’re at it. No hate at all, this might be nice but it has nothing to do with Greece or spanakopita. Just a bunch of ingredients you can find in the Mediterranean combined🌝 you should try making “Fasolada”, "Revithia” or “Gigantes with sausage” which are actual Greek bean recipes😊
