@mommaapplesauce: Well…this is the real danger of being around little people! I went to bed last night with a little tickle in my throat and woke up this morning feeling like my throat is lined with sandpaper. My throat is so sore right now I can barely talk. Of course Amy is snotty too…so there you go. 😂 This is pretty much what Friday morning looks like around here. It’s only 59 degrees outside, I’m still in my PJs, sitting in my recliner under my favorite blanket with a cup of coffee that was hot when I made it. Amy is still upstairs asleep, and I’m in absolutely no hurry to get this day started. I DO have a loosely formed plan for today. My friend Josie has a bike she offered to let me borrow so Amy and I can go for bike rides while she’s here. But then I found one at Walmart for $112 and now I’m thinking maybe I should just buy one. So there could be a trip to Walmart today. Or maybe a trip to Josie’s. Or maybe neither one. Yesterday all of those things sounded perfectly doable. This morning I’m sitting here looking at my blanket thinking I may have overestimated myself. 😂 So right now I’m drinking my lukewarm coffee and waiting to see how this day goes. I guess we’ll see who wins…the bicycle or the blanket. #MommaApplesauce #GrandmaLife #RealLife #FridayFeeling #GrandmaDays
