my parents live in a town of 250 people. they're farmers. their elderly neighbor died and her son sold it to a flipper. he originally listed it for half a mil. it's come down but that guy's gonna be sitting on it for a WHILE.

This has to be Utah. Almost same situation in my neighborhood. I live in my sisters basement in South Salt Lake and people in our neighborhood are trying to get $600-700k for small houses near us, small and old. In SOUTH SALT LAKE, like not fancy at all. People are delusional.
