I doubt they’re adding this much to a rerelease, and if they add any deleted scenes, they’ll most likely be like the unfinished Hulk burning fire rescue scene from the first time they rereleased endgame, most likely just has the post credit scene leading to doomsday and very few reshoots/extended scenes
