If you’re a new Christian please follow the bible, do research about different fasts that are in the bible….Daniel fast, Esther fast, Jesus fast, Moses fast. ALWAYS USE THE BIBLE AS YOUR GUIDE. Pray and ask the lord to guide you when picking a fast, help guide you when you pray while you’re on your fast.
