We’ve been so busy this summer that we’ve been really going back to the basics when it comes to meals and we forgot how many amazing recipes you can make with minimal ingredients!! It’s so easy to over complicate or over think backpacking food so I wanted to share a quick and easy dinner (thats soooo yummy) that anyone can make with just a stove & a pot!! 🧀 BACKCOUNTRY SPICY BUFFALO MAC Ingredients: -Mac & cheese mix (add water only mix) -bacon bits -hot buffalo tuna packs -hot sauce Recipe: This is a cook and dump recipe!! Just boil the pasta, drain the water, and dump in the cheese, bacon bits, tuna, and hot sauce and VOILA!!!! 10 min and a delicious hot backcountry meal ready to go!! let me know if you try this and what you think!!! #backpacking #campingfood #campingrecipes #camping #campfood
