Indiana needs bus monitors on every school bus plus elementary students don't need to ride with high schoolers. My grandkids don't ride the bus here in Indiana because of preK -12 ride same bus without bus monitors

The bus department had to look at 300 hrs of videos to see what was going on. Wasn’t anyone looking at the videos before this? What else are they missing? This is horrible.😢
