@zeey.thedeficitdriver: Marketing and actual nutrition facts don't always line up, and this is one of the places people get caught off guard the most. A product can say 'healthy,' 'natural,' or 'low-fat' right on the front and still have more sugar per serving than a dessert, especially flavored yogurts, granola bars, and some cereals marketed toward weight loss. The only way to actually know is to flip it over and read the label yourself instead of trusting the front of the package. This isn't about cutting these foods out completely, it's about knowing what you're actually eating so it fits into your day on purpose instead of by accident. I started doing this on every grocery trip and it changed a few of my go-to snacks completely. Next time you're shopping, grab something labeled 'healthy' and actually check the sugar content before it goes in your cart. Save this before your next grocery run."
