y'all fail to realize spiderman, rdr2, and so many other games are 30fps, including movies like all the John Wick series, that's at 24fps.... FPS isn't the only thing determining that stuttery laggy feeling you get, frame holding is a big part, and GTA games have mastered it... you'll be fine... it'll feel smooth
