The show makes people forgets that there was nearly a ten year gap between episode 5 and 8. Jace, Luke, Baela, and Rhaena spent YEARS with Daemon and Rhaenyra as their parents. The show fumbling and failing to emphasize the familial bond in House Black will always PMO.
