@the.anatomy.hub2: In Part 2, this 3D anatomical animation shows what can happen when a forward-head position is maintained for a longer period. Sustained positioning may increase the workload of the posterior cervical muscles, suboccipitals, upper trapezius, and levator scapulae. As muscular fatigue develops, load sharing and head-neck control can temporarily change. That does not automatically mean the cervical spine has been structurally damaged. The effect of any posture depends on duration, task demands, movement variability, muscular endurance, recovery, symptoms, and individual tolerance. This content is for anatomy and movement education only. #ForwardHeadPosture #NeckPosture #NeckFatigue #NeckPain #CervicalSpine
