@crystal.irish: You guys kept asking for my feta pasta recipe… so here she is. 🤤🍝 This is one of those dinners I make that really doesn’t require a recipe because I’m usually just throwing things in until it tastes good 😂 BUT I paid attention this time so I could share it with you! 🍅🍝CREAMY TOMATO FETA PASTA You’ll need: • 1 lb penne pasta • Olive oil • ½ red onion, diced • 2–3 tbsp minced garlic (or measure with your heart 😂) • 2 tbsp butter • 2 blocks feta cheese • 1 jar tomato sauce • Kinder’s The Blend seasoning • Salt + pepper to taste Start by heating a little olive oil in a large pan. Add your red onion and cook until it begins to soften, then add the garlic. Add the butter, feta and seasoning and let everything melt together over medium-low heat. Once it’s creamy, pour in your tomato sauce. Let that simmer together while you cook your pasta until al dente. Drain your pasta, add it straight into that creamy tomato feta sauce and toss until every little piece is covered. 🤌🏼 I served mine with homemade garlic bread because obviouslyyyy 😂🧄🥖 SO simple. SO creamy. And seriously so freaking good. SAVE this one because you’re going to want it for an easy dinner night.
