@mateo.zielonka: Welcome to Pasta in 20 🍝 Where I will show you how to make delicious Pasta sauces in 20 minutes or under - day 5 Spaghetti with tuna & cherry tomatoes 👇🏽 recipe 360g/13oz dried spaghetti 45ml/3 tbsptablespoons olive oil 4 garlic cloves, finely sliced 2 shallots , finely chopped 350g/12oz cherry tomatoes, halved 160g/5¾oz tuna, drained (I use caUnned tuna in olive oil) Lemon peel Juice of 1 lemon ½ bunch of parsley, leaves picked and chopped Spinach roughly chopped Heat up the olive oil, fry onion and garlic for 5 minutes. Add the lemon peel and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook until tomatoes soften a little bit, mash them with back of a fork. Finally add tuna. Bring a large pan of water to the boil, then season it well with table salt. Carefully drop the spaghetti into the boiling water and cook for 1½ minutes ( for dry pasta check packed instructions ) When spaghetti is cooked use tongs to lift the pasta into the sauce, add chopped spinach, parsley, lemon & season to taste .
