I had my mommy makeover on August 10th. This morning I took my binder off and literally cried when I saw how swollen I am. 😭 I used to love running and being active, and I’m soooo over this recovery already! I haven’t really had any pain at all—just back pain from sleeping in the recliner. I know I’m only 18 days post-op, but seeing myself this swollen was so discouraging. 🥴
