we had an SD get fired bc his wife exposed an affair with a newer ETL, and then his replacement got fired bc she was using the company credit card for her personal use💀 Our new one is super chill but has really unrealistic expectations lol😭

It’s rumor that the district execs. keep coming for visits to get as much evidences as to how bad our SD is to get him fired. He’s been there a year and 14 team leads and ETL’s have quit and so many associates have as well.

Our SD was on leave for 3 months, came back for a day just to let us know she quit and to gather her things. We had other SDs from other stores come in a few times a week while she was gone. Now we're waiting to see who her replacement is 🤷♀️

I just transferred to a new store after 5 years. In the first hour of my first day, I knew it was better. SD and ETLs can trash the work experience. The job is not bad, it is the people you work with and for.
