my trans girlfriend is saving for a specialist bottom surgery in thailand, one of the only places that can make ‘it’ self lubricating. over £20,000. she will die before she gets it on the nhs, luckily she is fortunate enough to be able to go private for some things. i feel horrible for everyone who is suffering at the moment because of bigots leading the uk

More fun facts- Our abortion clinic in Cardiff just closed down too, now pregnant people have to travel to London (5+ hours) for a surgical abortion. Under the NHS Gender affirming care has the longest wait list.
