why did the cop just allow her to get in car and leave, creating a chase, he could have stopped her before she got in car, like seriously WTF man? Why cop wanna put everyone in danger, i strongly beleive cops who dont stop these things given the chance and standby and allow chases to begin should be held personally responsible for any and all financial obligations incurred during chase including injury and destruction of property !
