Six weeks ago, I was just getting on with my training and enjoying myself at the gym. Now I’ve somehow ended up on BBC Radio Lancashire, BBC Radio 4, Channel 5 Live, Channel 5, Look North West, ITV This Morning, Men’s Health, The Daily Mail and The Burnley Express! 😳 And then things got even crazier… Gymshark contacted me and have shared my TikToks three times with their millions of followers. Then Myprotein got in touch and are coming to spend an afternoon with me next week — and they’ve even given me my own discount code OLDMICK! 💪 And then there’s Arnie… 😳 I actually got a message from Arnold Schwarzenegger telling me to “keep on pumping”… and he’s even followed me on TikTok!
