The surprising thing Politicians do not tell the public is that, before Otumfour travels out of the country the government makes the necessary arrangements for the ambassadors and respective dignitaries to receive him. On any of his travels the government is aware the benefits the country at large is going to earn. Just like the recent MoU he led to establish between Virginia University and KNUST. It's a big Win for the country. It's taking only those with sheer hatred to close their minds and eyes to see his massive contributions to each and every government that rules this country.
