with women its major surgery and the recovery is horrific. theres two ways to get a hysterectomy. and both are so unpleasent. the first way is fully keyhole. they seperate the tubes from the womb and take them outone at a time....... the second is they use keyhole surgery to remove the tubes then they go vag1nally to rip out the womb. i was the first patient in my old hosipital to have it done fully keyhole. its not the same for men its such an easier proceedure and it doesnt take long either.. men......... consider it.
