Somoa Protein Balls✨Recipe below! These really do taste just like a Girl Scouts Somoa Cookie! Check out the @BioHealth Nutrition website to try this delicious protein powder for yourself! Ingredients: •1 scoop of BioHealth Nutritions Scouts Honor Protein Powder •1/3 cup oat flour •3/4 cup almond flour •2 Tbsp almond butter •3 1/2 Tbsp almond milk •1/4 cup shredded coconut flakes, toasted •1/4 cup zero sugar chocolate chips •1 tsp coconut oil To a medium sized bowl, add the protein powder, oat flour, and almond flour. Whisk together until evenly distributed. Add in the almond butter and almond milk. Mix together until fully combined. Pinch off Tbsp sized pieces and roll into balls. (If dough is too wet, add more almond flour a little at a time until easier to handle.) Set these aside. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the coconut flakes evenly onto it. Place in oven and broil them on low for about 3-4 minutes to toast. While the coconut is toasting, add the chocolate chips and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Heat in 20 second intervals, stirring between each one, until fully melted. Roll the protein balls in the toasted coconut flakes. Then roll them in your hands again to help the coconut stick. Dip the balls into the melted chocolate and place on a serving plate (preferably lined with wax paper or tin foil to avoid sticking). After dipping each protein ball, drizzle them with the leftover melted chocolate. Stick them in the fridge to firm up for 5-10 minutes. Now enjoy! #proteinballs #proteinballsrecipe #girlsscoutcookies #somoaproteinballs #dessertrecipesideas #easydesserts #easydessertsathome #gymcore #workoutsnack #gymsnack #easynobakedessert #nobakedessert #proteinbites #somoacookies
