Were they automated texts being sent? I have only used my personal iPhone for all business since 2020 when our company went to soft phones on the comp and not doing that. If not automated, likely because it’s been a bunch of texts initiated on your end for business purposes without previously communicating with the receiver. They block spam like that and hallelujah for it.

I just put all of my houses devices on my business account and it’s a write off lol comes out of my business account even. Also att is the worse. Switch to Tmobile they’ll buy out all of your lines

Send marketing messages using your CRM number and link it to your iphone. All phones and phone carriers have a maximum amount of “mass texts” you can send from personal devices
