do you know how much of a monumental shift it is in federal securities legislation to get CFTC to regulate insider trading, which has historically been an SEC MNPI problem? and if they succeed, can Exxon not hedge anymore? Can Quick Trip not protect prices for consumers? Can ADM and Cargill not sell insurance to farmers? This is a bigger issue than "prediction markets bad" (which they are)

From what I've learned by trading in the stock market and now trading BTC predictions is the whole game is cooked. It feels like the prediction markets front run the rest of the markets and are in fact just another way to steal from stupid people.
