So many more people need to be aware that they gas light you to be a point you believe them you think you have all these problems but it’s because they are so good at twisting the narrative,doing little things at a time. It should be a whole crime in itself

As someone who has bipolar it made me really sad. He mentally tortured her, she gets diagnosed with bipolar so now she’s crazy and killed herself. Makes me feel sick to my stomach

Sounds similar to my abuser which was my ex. I’ve only just managed to get my power back, over the last 3 years. But it’s a reminder of how quick they can spin stuff and twist stuff.. such a sad ending 😔
