My first two nose piercings failed on me with infection …with the stick one what ever it’s called and the L shape as well , then 3rd time I started using the stick one again but with the dot at the end this time and so far it’s been good for years yes there was times I would still get an infection but I learned to just clean around it instead of taking it off and it worked so far. But I totally feel this ! it can be annoying sometimes 😭😏

You need salt with water mix unit a paste then cover it with bandage you can do it at night or morning then clean it with water repeat it for 4 day or 1 weeks P.S. that what happen you me & I have a ball inside my nose it work great.
