madam, please, there are many companies in Ghana that do not pay SSNIT contributions for their workers. The moment a worker speaks up about it or demands their rights, they risk being dismissed. I personally know some companies where SSNIT contributions are not properly paid for employees. This issue needs to be addressed because workers deserve their rights and protection.
