Honestly, I don’t think it’s fair that creating additional accounts is now limited by requiring a phone number. A lot of users have multiple accounts for different purposes, and I personally want to create a second account where I can post content and try out new ideas without using my main account. I don’t want my second account to be connected to my main account, and I don’t think users should have to get a completely different phone number just to create another account. Having multiple accounts is completely normal, especially for people who want to keep their personal account separate from their content or other interests. I really hope TikTok can reconsider this and make it easier to create additional accounts without requiring a separate phone number for every account. It would be great if this feature could be brought back or improved in a future update, especially in 2027. I hope you can listen to the users who are asking for this change, because it would make things much easier for people who want to create and share content on a separate account without affecting their main one. Please copy this message and send it to TikTok too! The more people who ask for this feature, the more likely they are to bring it back.
